2000 Nov - Change of ownership.  Caradon Plumbing Solutions purchased by HSBC Private Equity.

2001 Jan - Change of ownership. HSBC sold Twyford Bathrooms to the SANITEC Corporation of Helsinki, Finland.

2001 Jul - Change of ownership. Sanitec aquired by BC Partners.

2005 Apr - Change of ownership. Sanitec acquired by EQT Private Equity.

2007 - 2011    Michael Conlon

August 2011 - Twyford's Alsager factory ceases production.

2011 - 2014   John Blackburn - General Manager

2014 - 2015 April  Brent Hudson - General Manager

2015 Feb - Change of ownership. Sanitec merges with Geberit who purchase all Sanitec stock.
